We are a proactive and expanding community organisation striving to create and encourage an inclusive society and provide choice to people with disability.
Interchange Gippsland started in 1986 and has grown to become one of Gippslands’ most respected providers of reliable and flexible support services. We now support more than 370 people with disabilities and their families. Our range of high-quality one-to-one services and recreational activity programs operate from our offices in Morwell, Wonthaggi and Bairnsdale.
Our person-centered approach allows our passionate team of staff and volunteers to provide new and innovative programs based on your needs and interests. We listen closely to your ideas and suggestions and partner with you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.
We pay our respects to the traditional custodians, their elders and ancestors of the lands, which our organisation sits. We acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and welcome you to our service
