We provide services for people with disabilities of all ages who have NDIS funding and live in the Gippsland region (Baw Baw, Latrobe, South Gippsland, Bass Coast, Wellington and East Gippsland). 

The types of support we provide include: 

• One-to-one support (we match you with the right person to provide the support you need) 
• Group activities (with a small group of people, doing fun learning and social activities) 
• Support Coordination services (Level 2 and Level 3)

We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We aim to create fun, meaningful experiences, to support you to develop new skills and relationships so you can live your life as you would like to.
