Group Support for Adults – 18 years and over
Supported Holidays are an exciting opportunity for adults with disabilities to go on holidays with the support of staff.
These holidays run twice a year and provide participants with opportunities to travel, access the community, build on their independence, socialize and participate in recreational activities. These holidays are planned by staff at Interchange Gippsl and and allow participants to embark on a holiday for a number of nights with their friends and the support of Community Access Workers. Please note that participants must suit a 1:4 staffing ratio.
Who is eligible to attend Supported Holidays when they are held?
Adults with a disability aged 18 and over who are already active in another program with Interchange Gippsl and are eligible to attend Supported Holidays. Participants must also suit a 1:4 staffing ration.
