👥 Gippsland carers of people with disabilities are invited to lodge an Expression of Interest for Interchange Gippsland’s Carer Camino™

📅 1st April to 4th April 2025

⏰ Take time out from your caring role to focus on improving your wellbeing by walking the Great Southern Rail Trail from Fish Creek to Port Welshpool.

💆‍️♀ This fully supported activity includes long walks, great food, morning meditation, facilitated discussions, and the creation of a personal wellbeing plan.

⭐️ The Carer Camino™ is for Gippsland carers of people eligible for services under the Disability Services Act.
